How much is the initial investment for a franchise of Gamot Publiko?

Initial investment can be  as low as 600,000 pesos including the Php 160,000 franchise fee and other considerations such as construction, leasehold improvement, fixtures and initial working capital, which may vary depending on outlet size and location.

Where do we procure the pharmacy merchandise?

The franchisee is required to source its supplies directly from Gamot Publiko Corporation.

What are the criteria for choosing a site or location?

The outlet should be visible from main roads or thoroughfares, near residential or commercial areas, and with high foot traffic. Floor area should be a minimum of 15 square meters. All store designs and construction will com from Gamot Publiko.

What is the manpower requirement for a Gamot Publiko franchise outlet?

The Philippine government requires all drugstores and pharmaceutical businesses to have a licensed pharmacist to directly supervise operations and dispense drugs and other health care products. Ideal staff complement per store would be 3 to 4 personnel, including the Head Pharmacist and an Assistant Pharmacist.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?

The initial term of the Franchise is 3 years, with subsequent renewals of 3 years and another 3 years, for a total of 9 years.
